Quick answer: Phantom Blade Zero's full boss roster is not yet public. A handful of bosses have been revealed in official trailers and playable demos. Adaptive bosses OFFICIAL

S-GAME has confirmed an adaptive AI system: bosses change behavior based on how you fight them, so a fixed "cheese strategy" is less reliable than in classic action RPGs. Our launch-day boss pages will track observed patterns, not assumed ones.

Honesty policy

Every boss page will carry a badge: OFFICIAL (S-GAME confirmed), COMMUNITY (documented from footage), or VERIFIED IN-GAME (tested after launch). We never publish invented stats before the game exists. Sites that do will tell on themselves on Oct 29.
